Leadership Academy Class of 2021 Selected

(October 8, 2020, Springfield, Mo. – The 2021 Leadership Academy class of the Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS® has been announced. Eight REALTORS^® have been chosen from a wide slate of candidates. Modeled after Missouri REALTORS^® Leadership Academy, the program includes training emerging REALTOR^® leaders so that they may exert a positive influence in their community. Training sessions will focus on advocacy, development of leadership skills and provide meeting opportunities with local and state Legislators, networking, teamwork and collaboration.  Introducing REALTORS® to leadership opportunities and training on the local level will not only provide education and knowledge of community issues, but also prepare them for future leadership opportunities.
