Dear Valued Friends,
This year’s REALTORS® Helping People Annual Charity Auction and Expo will be held October 10, 2019 at the DoubleTree Convention Center located at 2431 N Glenstone Ave in Springfield, Missouri. There will be hundreds of items for sale including goods and services. We also will have vendor booths and prizes.
Through your generous donations, and the donations of others like you, we are able to continue helping people who are in need to make emergency repairs to their homes. Many homeowners cannot afford to make repairs when needed, such as handicap accessibility issues. All money raised is used to help where we can, and the money stays local.
We are once again requesting your help. We are accepting new items this year, gift certificates, certificates for services, baked goods, or cash, of course. (If you are sending gift certificates please make sure the expiration date is after October 10, 2019, and if possible not before December 31, 2019.)
If you can continue your generosity again this year, donations can be made to REALTORS® Helping People at the Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS®, 1310 E. Primrose, Springfield, Missouri 65804. We are a non-profit organization and can provide you with a tax-deductible receipt if you need one.
All donations need to be turned in by October 4, 2019 to be included in the event.

Our auction is always open to the public. We have people who attend every year to purchase for the holidays.
