Dear GSBOR Members–
In preparing to close out 2016, I have taken a moment to reflect on the many successes of our local association during my tenure as your Association Executive. We have accomplished so much with the implementation and development of the regional MLS, the upgrade of services provided to our members, beautiful building renovations, important advocacy wins, and so much more.
I have turned in my resignation notice to your board of directors last week, and my last day as your GSBOR AE will be December 9, 2016. My family and I will be relocating to Oklahoma City just after Christmas, as I will be serving as the state CEO for the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS®, starting January 1, 2017.
I am working closely with the GSBOR leadership team to execute a successful exit strategy and ensure a smooth transition. In the meantime, things will continue to be business as usual.
I know our paths will continue to cross, considering that both Missouri and Oklahoma are located in NAR’s successful Region 9 district. However, until we meet again, please know that I am grateful for the opportunity I had to work with all of you.
As I said to the board of directors… never underestimate your association’s ability to always #beGREATER. And… thank you.
