Description: This course is designed to educate real estate practitioners, sales people, brokers, affiliates, and others on the importance of understanding financials in the real estate arena. It covers the basics of what financial statements are, what they say, what they mean, and how they work in a successful business. It also covers how a P&L and Balance Sheet work together, the differences between expenses and assets, realized and unrealized gains in real estate, how to properly budget, forecast and run a successful business. This will be the first in a series of financial courses offered.
This course is designed to strengthen the financial understanding of all professionals serving in the real estate arena to run a stronger business and therefore provide more professional service with a higher standard of care to the consumers they serve.
