This interactive course will take you through the formation of The National Association of REALTORS and the adoption of the Code of Ethics. Katie combines lecture with discussion questions to further define the Code and how it applies to REALTORS® – including a bit of trivia to make it fun. You will review familiar sections of the Code of Ethics and discuss some of the not-so-familiar steps in the grievance process.
