2020 dues renewal billing notice was emailed on December 11, 2019. There was no increase in your annual local board dues for 2020. In addition, your monthly MLS fees will also remain the same in 2020.

DESIGNATED REALTOR® (Designated Broker):
GSBOR Local Dues: $118.00
Missouri REALTORS® Dues for DR’s: $195.00 (includes the $40.00 Issues Reserve fee)
National Association of REALTORS® Dues: $185.00 (includes the $35.00 National Assessment fee)
RPAC Investment (voluntary): minimum $15.00
Total Renewal Dues for DR’s – $513.00
REALTOR®:
GSBOR Local Dues: $118.00

If dues are not paid by January 31st, there will be a $50 late fee assessed on February 1st. If dues are not paid by February 28th, then membership will be terminated on March 1st. If membership is terminated for non-payment and you wish to reactivate your membership at a later time, the GSBOR application fee of $350.00 will be required in addition to the full year’s dues and late fee.
