With a real estate career that began in 1994 as a mortgage loan officer, Jeff has spent three decades mastering every corner of the industry—from agency to operations. Today, he leads five local real estate associations and a regional MLS, while guiding agents to raise the bar through LEDR. His teaching philosophy is simple but powerful: do the right thing and do it well.
