It’s time to start planning for 2018, and a significant part of that is choosing volunteer leadership, at both the local and state association levels. Our Associations need strong, committed volunteers to help define the mission and vision for both GSBOR and Missouri REALTORS®, and to assist staff in guiding us through to achieve our goals.
We have three director positions open on the Board of Directors for both the Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS® and the Multilist Service of Springfield REALTORS®. Directors conduct the affairs of the applicable entity, establish all policies, and approve the annual budget. Board of Directors meetings are held each month. We also have several state director positions open. The GSBOR directors elect State Directors to conduct the affairs and establish all policies of the Missouri REALTORS®. Additionally, the Board of Directors approves the annual budget for the State Association. Board of Directors meetings are held during the three Business Conferences each year.
