The Missouri Real Estate Commission is requiring all Missouri Licensees to take an approved real estate ethics course as the required 3 hr CORE for the upcoming 2020 renewal cycle.

As you know, Missouri regulations currently require 12 hours of continuing education, of which at least 3 hours must be a CORE course.  Therefore, if a licensee only takes one CORE course for the next renewal, it must be a real estate ethics course.  The licensee can, however, take all 12 hours as CORE courses.

On June 24th, GSBOR will be offering a day of Code of Ethics by offering two chances to fulfill this requirement. Both courses will be taught be Michele Sloan. Click the corresponding link below to register for one of the options.
